We will give you an estimate and contract based on the description of work needed to be done. You will supply info for selected items for the project,( such as faucets, fixtures, and cabinets). We can provide resources to make this step easier. Upon acceptance of our estimate, we require a deposit of 30% of the project with the balance being due at completion.
